For this project, the home was already furnished, but the client wanted guidance on staging prior to listing their property. Despite its size, the layout and existing pieces weren’t working to the house’s advantage, so we stepped in to rework the space and add finishing touches, all within a one-day timeline.

With a focused approach and a mindful budget, we prioritized what would make the biggest impact. A large part of the transformation came from decluttering and editing the space, allowing potential buyers to better envision it as their own.

The result was a more cohesive, balanced home that showed well and ultimately sold in under two months.
