Book A Call
We offer a free 30-minute consultation call to get things started. This is a casual, no-pressure conversation where we’ll get to know each other, discuss what kind of support you’re looking for, and answer any questions you may have. It’s the first step in figuring out how we can best work together to bring your event to life.
Prefer not to hop on a call? No problem. You can fill out our Inquiry Form instead. Just be sure to include as many details as possible so we can get a clear sense of your vision and needs!
Create A Vision
Once we’re aligned on the scope of your event, we’ll move into the visioning stage. Here’s where we build the creative foundation! Mood boards, design inspo, vibe check, and all the little things that make the event feel like you. We'll also start initial outreach to vendors, draft invite options, and begin sketching out the look and feel of the day.
✅ Tip for clients: It’s helpful to bring any photos, Pinterest boards, or ideas you already have, but if you don’t, we’ll help you build your vision from scratch.
With the creative direction set, we’ll get into the logistics. Together, we’ll map out your event day from start to finish: timeline, seating plan, key transitions, and any special moments to account for- like speeches, performances, or entrances. We’ll also make sure we know who’s who so we can keep things flowing smoothly (and keep an eye out for runaway flower girls or rogue relatives).
Event Plan & Timeline
This is the double-check and confirm stage. We’ll finalize RSVPs, confirm with all vendors, and ensure every logistical detail is accounted for, from arrival times to backup plans. Whether it’s floor plans or cake toppers, we’re reviewing everything with a fine-tooth comb so that nothing gets missed.
Reminder: This is the time to let us know of any last-minute changes, from guest count, to dietary needs, speeches, or timeline tweaks.
